Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:

-    Billing and charging system administration
-    Configure campaigns, products and business rules
-    System support for users
-    Solve customer complains
-    Perform system routines
-    Configure connectivity between charging and network elements

Experience & Qualifications:

-    3-5 years’ experience in Billing domain   (2-3 years in Gold billing system)
-    Good understanding in administration and configurations.
-    Knowledge in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
-    Knowledge  in XML
-    Strong knowledge in trouble shooting
-    Good Knowledge in Linux OS.
-    Good Knowledge in CAMEL SS7 and diameter connectivity
-    Good Knowledge in roaming
-    Good Knowledge in provisioning

Skills:

-    Should be an excellent team player & good cohesive nature and to be able to get things going.
-    Excellent command in communication both spoken and written skills.
-    Excellent customer facing skills / prior experience in onsite/offshore model.
-    Confident, positive and self – igniting.
-    Optimistic approach towards finding solutions to problems.
-    Should be able to work in extreme work pressures & un-defined boundaries
-    Should be in a position to be work collaboratively, articulate and be a go-getter
