Roll Summary Duties and Responsibilities:
To develop and deliver all required reports, KPIs and reconciliation reports needed for the business reporting. Responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of the BI processes. Audits BI functions to ensure conformance with established standards. Coordinates closely with customers and ensures that the Company’s professional reputation is maintained. Organises, directs, and coordinates BI workflow. Monitors BI policies and functions, recommends improvements, and ensures that functions are completed in accordance with established procedures. Completes required reports and records. Assigns, supervises, and appraises BI personnel.
In addition, this role is responsible for managing the Enterprise Support Systems (ESS). This includes but not limited to the following systems: ERP, Intranet, internally developed solution using SharePoint, and WM Web Presence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing a team of reporting specialist
Foresee future business reporting needs.
Plan, propose and extend new solutions according to the business goals and objectives.
Validate and develop Meta Data for all developed reports, reporting tools
Advise on the develop and maintain the approved Enterprise Business Terminology/Definition Document and integration with Meta Data
Design of the DWH / DM Conceptual Data Model (Logical Model)
Participate in the design and implementation of Physical Data Model for (ODS/DWH/DM)
In adherence with the IT Delivery Methodology, gather requirements, design and develop:
Using Reporting Tools for the enterprise like BO
OLTP and OLAP reports for the enterprise
Extraction procedures and tables for use by OLTP Systems (write-backs to source systems)
New data source integrations
Participate in the development of extraction procedures that may be used by ETL
Maintain data quality between operations and analytical reports
Inform `WM users of changes to reports
Share knowledge, and coach and mentor more junior co-workers
Learn understand, and ensure adherence to ITD Delivery Framework, IT QA, TAA( formal written agreement that outlines the procedure and process that must be completed before publishing of the reports), particularly for documentation and testing standards
The support the operations of the following systems:
Oracle ERP
SharePoint
WM Web presence
Education & Experience:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science
8+ years’ experience with PL/SQL/Database Optimizations and online reporting tools preferably Business Objects, Oracle Designer and Discoverer and MS Excel. Moreover, additional skills of ETL/DM tools like Data-Stage, Sybase Power Designer and Enterprise Architecture.
3+ years of industry experience in telecommunications

Key Performance Indicators:
BI:
Develop in conjunction with operation a Data warehouse environment capable of delivering business needs
Work with business to develop critical reports that helps business decisions
Develop a clear business process for the business to manage all business request
Implement a scalable Data Mart
Indentify all data source needed in order to deliver accurate business report
Develop/implement more automated reporting environment, in order to give business flexibility in retrieving critical report on time and from anywhere in the world (Web base Solution)
Work with the business to improve the quality of all reports during its life cycle
Identify tool & training needed to deliver a more robust reporting environment
Identify and implement a comprehensive analytical tool that will help marketing, Finance, sale and the rest of the business make better decision from analysis carried out
Work with Operations to implement a stable environment for your team to work with
Ensure your team deliver one revenue generating idea to the business once every quarter starting from Q4
Ensure QA on all reports delivered to the business
Reporting:
Develop and implement KPI with IT Director and work to deliver on them by delivering monthly report base on the KPI
Deliver weekly report to senior management in preparation for team weekly meeting
Deliver report of agree SLA with the business
BI Team Management:
Effectively engage with existing team
Identify and address structure, performance and training issues
Present path to developing a high performance IT team
Create/re-establish emergency response unit and protocols for crisis management.
Establish key service levels with all stakeholders and ensure that individual team members comply with standards
Ensure all team members have a job description in line with their current responsibility
Implement a weekly meeting strategy with BI in order to have open discussion and get updates on issues
