Title: Business Intelligence Project Manager

Responsibilities:

-Following up –DWH project implementation.
-Managing and supporting all Business Inelegance applications (Dash Board/Reports/DWH,UDR,DSS,CRM ,etc..).
-Responsible for SQL queries tuning to minimize overhead on the database.
-Developing strategies of data acquisitions, archive recovery and implementation of a database.
-Managing and developing a team of BI staff.
-Designing and Developing required business KPI’s and Reports.
-Decision Support system and Intelligence Tools Administration.
-Designing and developing relational database and data modeling.
-Assisting the Business Analyst in finalizing the dimensional modeling of the Data Mart.
-Develop program interfaces in order to support “Daily Data Audit” procedures.
-Analytical systems maintenance and Enhancements.
-Update and maintain systems repository.
-Maintaining reporting schedules.
-Administration scheduled Data Loading.
-Maintain data export to third party systems.
-Monitoring system alert and error messages handling.
-Daily operations tasks and s/w patches/fixes tracing and implementing.
-Responsible for Providing a stable and high-speed connectivity & operational 24 by 7 for all Business Inelegance applications(Dash Board ,Reports ,DWH,etc..).
-Ensure that all customer-facing staff are trained on BI applications.
-Database Administration, housekeeping and maintenance, tuning and optimization.
-Any other tasks as required.

Requirements:
   
-University degree in Computer Science  or  equivalent education/experience.
-4 to 5years experience professional experience as an Oracle Database Administrator in a 24/7/365 environment.
-Understanding of core Business Intelligence (BI) and experience with business intelligence tools, designing, reporting and delivering analytical solutions; data management and warehousing, and the strategic use of information.
-Solid experience on supporting and operating  Enterprise systems.
-knowledge of Oracle 9i Enterprise Manager, 10g Grid Control, Oracle Application Server, Shell Scripting and Code Release Management tools.
-knowledge on Relational database technology - how to design for performance, availability, backup and recovery, distribution of data and audit ability
-Problem solving & analytical Thinking.
-Good degree of numeracy and accuracy.
-Communication – Formal Presentation & Documentation.
-Fluent in English and Arabic.
