Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:


Role Summary:

Handling the process of leasing services with the best competitive cost & higher quality of service and sign the related agreement and SLA; so that the service shall be submitted to our customers with highest Quality which will drive the best image and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities :

-Handling the Process of dealing with all the service providers (local and International) starting from seeking the best competitive price for the service, ordering the service till the service is finally activated.
-Preparing a comparison between the received prices for the service.
-Preparing the relevant agreement that covers the requested service description , terms, prices ...etc
--Conducting periodic studies to evaluate the net cost taking into consideration all the cost components incurred via all the service providers from all aspects.
-Conducting periodic evaluation for the network and submit a reliable and feasible solutions technically and commercially in cooperation with all the relevant departments (technical, commercial, finance ...etc) that also shall secure the utmost utilization and higher QOS.
-Establishing a comprehensive professional database for all the links and services leased via each carrier describing the type of service, price, MRC, NRC, O&M ...etc.
-Follow up with all the related parties either externally or internally in case of any failure in the capacity till the problem has been resolved.
-Evaluating and revising the existing services prices on recurrent basis through benchmark to worldwide price and take proper actions accordingly.

Experience & Qualifications:

-Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field and technical background will be preferred.
-Bachelor Degree in Business field, Information Systems/technology, or any related field.

Skills:
-Proficiency with MS Office suit (mainly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
-Strong attention to details.
-Knowledge in extracting data and preparing different types of reports.
-Good negotiation and presentation skills
