Duties and Responsibilities:

-Resolution of billing queries as per agreed SLAs.
-Ensure that billing inputs like discounts, adjustments, charge deviation etc. are in order and Subscribers’ bills related issues are sorted out quickly.
-Process collections in a timely and accurate manner.
-Maximize collections by following up the billing & collection processes.
-Manage Subscriber records efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements:

-High energy, motivated college graduates.
-Strong communication and organizational skills along with strong phone skills.
-Able to identify problems and tackle them in a logical way.
-Able to identify and understand the needs and priorities of Subscribers.
-Proficiency with MS Office.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Previous experience this field is a big plus.
