Core Network Senior Manager
Location:Ramallah

Role Summary and Responsibilities & Duties:

Managing all interconnections towards PLMN/PSTN operators, international gateways, and internal nodes.

-Roadmap with the team for existing core nodes working closely with the vendor.
-Prepare regular progress reports of the activities related to the core network Operation, development and expansion.
-Participate in setting short and long term plans for the future development of the WPT core network.
-Prepare manpower plans and identify skills, experience and competencies.
-Provide technical support and training needs for the Core network Staff.
-Inter departmental coordination.
-Manage all the required acceptance test activities.
-Technical responsible for SIM cards projects.
-Participate in meetings and decision making.
-Report to/and assist Network Director.
-Core Network budget handling.

Experience & Qualifications:

-Minimum 10 years’ experience in GSM, WCDMA and IP-MPLS.
-Proven 9 Years of experience in Core network with 4 years in management experience.
-Solid background in GSM, WCDMA and MPBN technologies.
-GSM, WCDMA and MPBN Interfaces, Protocols, Features and services.
-Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or Equivalent.
