Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:
Role Summary
-Managing and following up corporate customers accounts in order to maintain positive and long relationship.
-Performing Up selling & Cross selling activities for corporate customers, and assuring their awareness of all related products and service serving their needs.
-Managing and following up the collection processes on timely manner to assure achieving targeted result.
-Assuring a timely manner response and fulfillment of corporate customers’ requests to assure high quality service and achieving retention targets.
-Anticipating and proactively assisting with any complaints and/or quality failures related to his/her accounts to solve the problems at the source.
-Providing periodically performance reports and feedback on all activities and targets.
Experience & Qualifications:
-Minimum three years of experience in a related job.
-Professional Knowledge in evaluating business risk & credit measures.
-Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
Skills:
-Excellent handling of customers by phone or face-to-face.
-Sound understanding of Managing corporate accounts.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent organizational skills.
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Strong written and communication skills.
-Computer Literacy knowledge (Microsoft).
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
