Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining excellent relations with new and existing customers resulting in increased levels of customer retention. This is to be achieved through proactive and reactive communication with our customers who have either expressed a wish to cancel their services with us or whose recent account activity indicates that they may be considering cancellation of services.
-Maintaining excellent knowledge of our products & services portfolio in order to provide the suitable products & services based on our customers' needs.
-Responding to customer's requests and encouraging them to continue benefiting from WM services.
-Proactively contacting customers who are identified as at risk of cancellation and ensure that every opportunity to retain these customers is investigated.
-Identifying opportunities to turn dissatisfied customers into happy customers.
-Visiting customer on regular base to check their satisfaction and assess their future needs.
-Identifying new business practices that could be introduced or suggest modifications to existing practices that could reduce the risk of customer cancellation.
-Handling all action regarding lines, such as, termination and migration of lines, migrating lines from rate plan to another, adding lines to existing accounts.
-Maintaining positive and professional relationship with account AP.
-Supporting all direct Sales activities and facilitate efficient utilization of resources.
-Following up on all incoming letters, faxes, and calls regarding Accounts requirements.
-Assuring ongoing record keeping for all transactions and incoming/outgoing correspondences at the direct Sales level.
-Preparing all related letters to distribution channels (letters, new procedures & instructions, correspondences, ...)
-Preparing regular activity reports to team leader, as well as other reporting requirements.
-Providing a first class quality service and develop the usage of VAS through this channel.
Experience & Qualifications:
-3 years experience in Sales, Marketing, or similar role.
-BA in Marketing, Sales or related field.
Skills:
-Excellent oral & written communication skills.
-Excellent Organizational skills.
-Very good thoroughness and attention to details skills.
-Very good knowledge in general administrative duties.
-Understanding of Sales role in Mobile Telecommunication is a plus.
-Motivated and Pro-active.
-Confident and enthusiastic.
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
-Excellent Computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office Suit.
