Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:

-Maintaining excellent knowledge of our portfolio of products and services in order to understand customers' needs
-Responding to incoming requests for cancellation of services and persuading our customers to remain with WM.
-Proactively contacting customers who are identified as at risk of cancellation and ensuring that every opportunity to retain these customers is investigated.
-Identifying opportunities to turn dissatisfied customers into happy customers.
-Visiting customers on regular basis to check their satisfaction and assess their future needs.
-Documenting customer outcomes to add to our knowledge of reasons why customers choose to cancel their services with us.
-Identifying new business practices that could be introduced or suggesting modifications to existing practices that could reduce the risk of customer cancellation.
-Handling the termination and migration of lines.
-Migrating lines from rate plan to another.
-Managing to add lines to existing accounts.
-Checking and assessing new referrals.
-Reporting regularly to team leader on all activities related to the role.
-Keeping a close relationship with account  AP.
-Supporting all direct Sales activities to facilitate efficient utilization of resources.
-Following up on all incoming letters, faxes, and calls regarding Accounts requirements.
-Ensuring that accurate records are kept regarding all transactions at the direct Sales level.
-Filing all incoming and outgoing correspondences.
-Preparing all related letters to distribution channels (letters, new procedures & instructions, correspondences, ...)
-Adhering to reporting requirements.
-Providing a first class quality service and developing the usage of VAS through this channel.
-Monitoring competitors and reporting their activities.

Experience & Qualifications:

-3 years experience in Sales, Marketing, or similar role.
-BA in Marketing, Sales or related field.

Skills:

-Excellent oral & written communication skills.
-Excellent Organizational skills.
-Very good thoroughness and attention to details skills.
-Very good knowledge in general administrative duties.
-Understanding of Sales role in Mobile Telecommunication is a plus.
-Motivated and Pro-active.
-Confident and enthusiastic.
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
-Excellent Computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office Suit.

Other Skills:

-Experience in a general office, customer service or sales role.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Excellent telephone manner.
-Attention to detail and accuracy.
-Ability to manage their own workload.
-Pro-active approach to process improvement.

Desirable:

-An understanding of Sales background and mobile industry

Reporting Relationships:

-Reporting to the Corporate Account Relations Supervisor
