Roles & Responsibilities:

-Supporting DS executives in closing deals.
-Assisting the Sales Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
-Supervising the shift and plans that the DS manager schedules.
-Assisting the Sales Manager by completing all assigned duties.
-Handling customer issues, resolving and communicating escalated issues to the Sales Manager.
-Supervising the Sales Representatives in the area of observation.
-Assisting in responding to representatives' inquiries, concerns and product/service questions.
-Creating reports showing Sales adherence, and  attendance etc.
-Ensuring that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures (example: dress code, eating food at station, cell phone usage, etc.)
-Delivering positive feedback, handling employee rewards and managing customer recognition.
-Communicating with all employee-relations issues, concerns, and incidents to the Direct Sales Manager.
-Monitoring visits, providing feedback to representatives and assisting them in achieving sales and quality assurance goals.
-Participating in forecasting future deals.
-Checking adherence to filling database.
-Assessing key strategic accounts in terms of profitability and financial risks.
-Achieving targets communicated with the management.
-Monitoring Market changes and competitors' activities.
-Adhering to reports requirements.

Requirements:

-Candidate must possess minimum qualification.
-Proven track record in managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, successful and results-oriented sales force.
-Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment.
-Must have a valid driving license.
-Strong analytical mind with high level of maturity.
-Self-driven and resulted oriented and able to lead a sales team.

Experience:

-Three years of experience in Sales Support or related fields, ideally in a Sales and customer care environment.
-Bachelor degree in Sales, business administration or a related field.

Skills:

-Motivator, Dynamic and very good communicator.
-Good analytical skills.
-Time management skills.
-Inventory management.
-Team spirited.
-Strong sense of initiative.
-Ability to thrive in a lively and multi-tasking working environment.
-Proficiency in MS Office- especially Excel.
-Fluency in Arabic and English (Oral and written).

Reporting Relationships:
Reports to the Direct Sales Manage
