Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:

-    Siebel CRM administration and development.
-    Planning Siebel CRM workflow policies and processes.
-    Siebel CRM users and security management.
-    Siebel Job Administration (running Jobs for EIM, Workflow Process Batch Manager,Batch Assignment and so on).
-    Interacting with the Customer to help in gathering and understand the requirements.
-    Helping and supervising the vendor in drawing up the solution, architecture and technical realization of the solution.

Experience & Qualifications:

-    Good understanding of Seibel CRM on Telecom Domain & Hands on experience in administration and development.
-    Good knowledge in integration between CRM and other systems like Middleware.
-    Knowledge in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL.
-    Knowledge in XML and Web Services.
-    Strong knowledge in trouble shooting.
-    Knowledge in Web Servers management (IIS & Apache).
-    Good Knowledge in Linux OS.

Skills:

-    Should be an excellent team player & good cohesive nature and to be able to get things going.
-    Excellent command in communication both spoken and written skills.
-    Excellent customer facing skills / prior experience in onsite/offshore model.
-    Confident, positive and self – igniting.
-    Ability to learn new technologies.
-    Good in Train and coach and support the employees.
-    Optimistic approach towards finding solutions to problems.
-    Should be able to work in extreme work pressures & un-defined boundaries.
-    Should be in a position to be work collaboratively, articulate and be a go-getter.
