Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:
An excellent opportunity for students who are seeking to gain work experience while they study, it's also an excellent way to gain experience in customer care in telecom.
The Duties and Responsibilities are:
-Answering the calls and inquiries from all customers, individuals and companies, with courtesy, efficiency and professionalism.
-Processing all customers' requests respecting the processes and procedures as defined by the Customer Care direction.
-Confirming the exact comprehension of the customer request as well as the verification and entering data of customer information in our systems.
-Promoting our products and services, to all prospects and existing customers.
-Documenting and referring to the appropriate responsible groups complete information on customer requests that couldn't be solved at their level.
-Ensuring that the customers are satisfied with the service they have.
-Identifying the need for other services. Selling additional services and products.
-Gathering information from customers that would be useful to improve products or services and provide it to management.
-Respecting the assigned working schedule as planned and communicated by the implemented policies.
-Detecting and then informing the supervisor of any discrepancies in the processes and procedures to ensure the uniformity of the documentation and the training.
-Identifying and referring to the supervisor any discrepancies either with the systems, the products and services or any technical problem to ensure an appropriate escalation and rapid and efficient solutions.
Qualifications:
-Undergraduate student, preferably in business or any other related field.
Skills:
-Customer Oriented behavior.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Excellent listening skills.
-Team spirit.
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
-Proficiency in MS office suite (word, excel, and PowerPoint).
