Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing Wataniya Mobile monthly payroll.
- Managing employees’ compensation and employment status changes and applying the required changes on the HRMS.
- Creating and updating employees’ personal records on HRMS system.
- Preparing new employees’ contracts.
- Recording and monitoring leaves and absences through the HR self-services and prepare reports to communicate with management as appropriate.
- Following up on Wataniya Mobile insurance programs offered to employees with insurance companies.
- Preparing Employment letters as require based on the approved SLA.
- Managing the end of service process by calculating end of service compensation and benefits and preparing the tax reconciliation clearance.
- Following up with resigned employees in regards to exit check lists and exit interviews.
- Coordinating with various vendors and business to provide Wataniya Mobile employees with special offers and discounts.
- Dealing with and responding to enquiries from employees, management, audit and others in an accurate and professional way ensuring confidentiality.

- Analytical and problem solving capabilities.
- Strong degree of numeracy and accuracy.
- Bachelor degree in MIS/Business Management or related field.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
- Computer Literacy knowledge (Microsoft), excellent knowledge of Excel.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
