Role Summary

Prepare, coordinates and follow up all the commercial, technical and operational relations with the local, international carriers/partners/service providers from contractual perspective and follow up all the related agreements, Order Forms, SLAs, MSAs for all the existing and future services.

Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare, follow up, discuss all the full-fledged interconnect related contracts with the partners (local and international) and keep following up with all the related stakeholders either internally or externally (partners) till the contract is being signed.
Prepare, follow up, discuss all the full-fledged carrier services related agreements (MSA's, SLA’s, OF) with the service providers (local and international) and keep following up with all the related stakeholders either internally or externally (Service provider) till the contract is being signed.
Handle the process of ordering a new service from signing the OF till the service is under implementation.
Manage the implementation of the SLA terms and conditions on WM network in case of any outage was experienced on the network.
Participate in planning, analyzing, controlling, and decision making, planning for the interconnect division.
Coordinate with the technical team & follow up the interconnect system related issues.
Prepare agreements comprehensive profile which demonstrates all the agreements related stuff; type of, price, termination date, and all the terms of the agreement….etc.
Prepare database for WM All Calling Scenarios & the Relevant Rates.
Establish an entire professional data base for all the links and services leased via each carrier describing the type of service, price, MRC, NRC, O&M …etc. that will assists in getting information and feed back to serve the company purposes for FS, planning, analysis, controlling, and decision making.
Preparing periodical requested reports per request.

Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant job.
Technical background is preferable.
Bachelor Degree in Business field, Information Systems/technology, or any related field.

Skills:
Proficiency with MS Office suit (mainly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
Strong attention to details.
Knowledge in extracting data and preparing different types of reports.
Good negotiation and presentation skills.
