Role Summary:

IT Governance Senior Specialist is required to provide guidance, direction, monitoring and measurements across IT management, operations, projects teams and other stakeholders, to ensure compliance within the strategic IT/Business goals and objectives by owning and controlling IT processes and governance standards .

Experienced IT Enterprise Architect is required to provide consultancy, guidance and direction to Solution Architects, Developers, operations teams and other stakeholders, ensuring that projects-based solutions and operations, fit within the strategic IT/Business goals and objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:

-Lead the IT Governance efforts by developing, creating and maintaining procedures, processes, and standards for IT.
-Monitor the processes, policies, procedures and standards applicability, effectiveness and efficiency.
-Reviewing and processing continual improvements of documented IT processes such as Release Management, Change Management, Incidents Management processes.
-IT Risks management and conducting IT Risks assessments and reviews.
-IT Performance Management by monitoring and measuring of IT performance metrics.
-Display leadership on increasing IT productivity, quality and service level while reducing costs.
-Provide leadership to meet and/or improve key performance indicators, streamlining and eliminating non-value added processes.
-Coordination IT responses to internal and external audit and assist IT management in monitoring IT audit remediation efforts.
-IT Budget Management and follow up cost optimization initiatives.
-Implement architecture standards and governance and ensure that the various standards link together effectively.
-IT Projects follow-up, tracking and alignments.
-Develop reports for IT management on standards governance activities.
-Provide timely and accurate reporting (monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc) for IT Management and key stakeholders.

Work Experience & Qualifications::

-Bachelor degree in computer engineering, information technology, or related fields.
-Minimum of 5 years’ experience (3 years in telecommunication) in IT governance, or related fields.
-Experience of IT governance and operations.
-Experience of projects management and IT management (i.e. organization management, architecture, solution delivery and services management).
-Strong communication (presentation and written) skills.
-Ability to create a clear vision of future goals, along with an ability to develop plans for achieving these goals.
-Related certification is plus.
