The Legal Advisor will be responsible  of supporting all aspects of the business by providing timely commercial legal and regulatory advice, he will also be supporting the management and all departments in the provision of legal advice when ever needed.

Reviewing commercial contracts and agreements including but not limited to licensing arrangements, property related agreements, purchase and supply agreements, customer contracts, confidentiality agreements and other standard forms of commercial agreement.
Providing contractual advice including interpretation, termination, extension, amendment, liability and legal consequences of any commercial decisions taken.
Assisting with managing litigation including managing external legal consultants / lawyers.
Reviewing, translating or arranging a translation of Arabic/English correspondence and contracts.
Managing communication and representing the Company at governmental bodies on legal/related issues.
Preparing and reviewing executive letters when necessary.

Experience & Qualifications::

Minimum 7 years of experience in similar/relevant position.
Bachelor degree in Law (LLB).
BAR associations membership is desired.
Knowledge/familiarity with Telecommunication sector is a big plus.

Highly proficient in English and Arabic, both orally and in writing.
Excellent communicating and negotiating skills

Excellent organizational and follow up skills.
Project management skills.
Excellent computer knowledge, especially in MS Office suits
