Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:


To develop, recommend and executing Retail Marketing strategies and operational plans to achieve the Company goals, incumbent of this role will regard as a source of expertise and specialization in the management of Offerings, product development, and value added services.
Developing and executing a solid go-to-market strategy which will deliver on the long term segmented WM customer and revenue targets.
Provide feed-back to supports / develop existing/new offers and Convergent offers.
Define criteria to deter churn and enhance loyalty on all offers, products, and VAS services.
Follow-up on all offer/promotion evolution in terms of meeting/achieving targets, including but not limited to analysis of data on existing offers/promotions and data about the market.
Effective budgeting and management of financial resources related to the delivery of the product portfolio.

Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing role, where the last 3 years experience in product marketing and proven business and commercial acumen.
Minimum Bachelor degree in Business, marketing, or similar field.

Skills:
Highly proficient and strong English Language, both orally and in writing.
High quality service orientation person.
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Excellent decision Making Ability
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High ability of achieving targets and meeting deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure and in fast pace environment.
