Title: Performance Engineer
Location: Ramallah

Responsibilities:
-Producing Daily, weekly and monthly reporting of Network Performance.
-Preparing Performance and trend analysis.
-Identifying any likely trend impacting the performance of the network.
-Reporting any Performance related problem to the Front Office for action and/or investigation.
-Investigating Problems and making recommendations on possible solutions.
-Enforcing adherence to the deployment process and quality control measures.
-Coordinating with other departments (Marketing, Customer care, Sales & Finance) for essential network information.

Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
-BSc degree in Telecommunication Engineering related field or equivalent experience.
-Knowledge and familiarity with front end and query tools, SQL/PL SQL, UNIX operating system and Shell scripting.
-Basic Knowledge of traffic performance measurements, performance solutions and tools.
-Good Technical Knowledge of Mobile Communication especially in Performance reporting and management systems.
-Possessing Statistical analysis and data management skills.
-Possessing System analysis and information technology skills.
-Problem solving, analytical thinking, and Designing skills.
-Reporting and Presentation skills.
-Communication, and Customer oriented skills.
-Proficient in Unix, Oracle, and Java.
-Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Internet, email.
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
