Product Development Specialist

Field: Marketing & Communications
Contract Type: Full Time - Permanent
Location: Palestine - Ramallah

Duties & Responsibilities:

-Following up with product development projects that have a major impact on future revenue and market presence.
-Following up with product and services projects and ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget and to specification.
-Managing new products development lifecycle to achieve Go-to-Market objectives.
-Designing, executing and maintaining Product testing and Quality Assurance plans across all product & services areas aligned with overall business KPIs.
-Product monitoring: Implementing ongoing testing and quality assurance processes across all product areas.
-Providing the required support to product development teams from billing and testing perspectives to guarantee successful P&S launch and operation.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

-Minimum of 3 years in Product Management experience with a BA in telecoms/business related area.
-Proven experience in product development in a telecom environment is a plus.
-Proven experience of ability to deliver complex products across the full life cycle.

Personal Traits & Skills:

-Deep knowledge of fixed and/or mobile telecoms products and IT systems, and understanding of environment and market, particularly in the area of billing, IN, voice services, data and VAS.
-Ability to develop and manage business cases.
-Demonstrated communication skills.

-Demonstrated organizational skills.
-Demonstrated team work skills.
-Computer Literacy knowledge (Microsoft).
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
