Design, execute and maintain Product testing and Quality Assurance planning across all product & services And responsible for product monitoring Implement ongoing testing and quality assurance processes across all product areas.

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Design, execute and maintain Product testing and Quality Assurance plan across all product & services areas align with overall business KPIs.
-Product monitoring: Implement ongoing testing and quality assurance processes across all product areas.
-Develop and specify standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness.
-Develop and manage practices to ensure quality throughout all phases of product development including requirements, implementation and commercialization.
-Manage the planning and execution of product testing efforts to meet committed delivery dates.
-Develop status reports based on test completion/ findings and communicate these to product owners, including any impact on the overall product plan.
-Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, and potential problems.
-Ensure test procedures are well documented to ensure reusability and compliance with standards.
-Identify relevant quality-related training needs and deliver training.

Work Experience & Skills:
-Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role.
-Bachelor degree in Information Technology or any related field.
-Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
-Strong customer and service orientation across the organization.
-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
-Flexibility and capacity to accept multiple responsibilities and new challenges while keeping the objectives clearly focused.
-Ability to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment.
-Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Internet, email, Ms Project.
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
