Product & Services Specialist

Role Summary:

To provide operational support to Products & Services teams with various tasks such as daily operations, P&S analysis, product development, services programs and communications within the team and interdepartmental.

Also to assist with and deliver P&S information/reporting in a timely manner on behalf of the P&S department.
Duties & Responsibilities:

-Managing handsets stock in the channels and supporting Sales team.
-Updating handsets specs and prices on the intranet and other communication channels.
-Preparing daily report for Product stock and its communications with all stakeholders.
-Managing Handsets maintenance issues internally and with vendors.
-Managing Handsets Testing
-Placing the required requisitions and follow up on them until the PO gets approved.
-Following-up content & information services development within Marketing and other departments as well as services providers.
-Managing Information & content services communication, enquiries & complaints with related parties.
-Assisting the team in new services review & evaluation.

Work Experience & Qualifications::

-Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related/Similar field.
-Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any similar field.
-Knowledge in marketing, sales, Customer care is required, preferably with field experience.
-Knowledge in methods of promoting and selling services and products.

Personal Traits & Skills::

-Excellent verbal and written communication and reporting skills (Both Arabic and English)
-Excellent analytical abilities and dealing with details.
-Self-motivated and multitasking ability.
-Strong marketing, sales, and Customer care awareness.
