Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:
Role Summary
The incumbent of this role will be performing project management tasks including, but not limited to, Planning, coordinating all resources and communicating with all involved parties; and monitoring, summarizing and communicating the progress of projects, as well other department related assignments.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Managing projects throughout the Project Lifecycle.
-Managing the projects dashboard and providing regular reports and presentations to the management.
-Working closely with functions & support areas to ensure projects are delivered as per project constrains.
-Developing a reporting mechanism to gather data from project owner.
-Leading projects progress review meetings with project owners and stakeholder and management if needed.
-Supporting projects owners in Identifying risk and issues, and participating in sitting risk mitigation plans and resolving issues.
Experience & Qualifications:
-Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or related field.
-Bachelor degree in Business ,any other related field.
-Advanced-level experience with project management software.
-Experience in Telecom related project management is a plus
Skills:
-Effective communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
-Excellent problem-solving skills.
-Good leadership and persuasiveness capabilities to lead projects to successful completion.
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (bother oral and written).
-Abilities to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment
