Title: Sales Account Executive - Middle
Location: Middle of West Bank
No of Positions:1
Responsibilities:
-Managing and following up on all SME”Small and medium enterprises” Accounts.
-Participating in promoting and developing Wataniya offers and service usage through this channel.
-Setting objectives for short and long term periods in enhancing and maintaining a professional relationship with SME customers and developing the usage of Value Added Services.
-Following up on SME activations to ensure quality and efficiency in line activation, migration, and adding of services as per each account request.
-Assisting with any complaints and quality failures related to his/her accounts to solve the problems at the source.
-Supporting the introduction of any new services / products to his accounts.
-Delivering training on special services/offers to his channel through fleet managers.
-Ensuring that the proper performance of the following main tasks according to processes and procedures thus providing good customer service & satisfaction:
1-Creating new SME accounts (New Acquisitions) & activating corporate lines (Retention)
2-Migrating lines from rate plan to another.
3-Handling the terminating/migration of lines.
4-Solving any bill discrepancies with clients by coordinating with Customer Care.
5-Developing SME business by following up on accounts, maintaining a close relationship with fleet managers, and by providing a first class quality service & develop the usage of Value Added Services among this channel.
Requirements:
-Minimum three to four years of experience in Sales. previous experince in telecommunication is an advantage.
-Excellent handling of customers by phone or face-to-face.
-Sound understanding of Managing sales accounts.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent organizational skills.
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Strong written and communication skills.
-Bachelor degree in Business Administration (preferred but not necessarily).
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
-Computer Literacy knowledge (Microsoft).
