Sales Development Executive - Distributors

Contract Type: Full Time - Permanent
Location: Palestine - West Bank

Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:

-    To coordinate / implement plan and distribution strategies/ activities in cooperation with distributor and his representative to ensure distribution objectives’ targets are met.
-    Ensure WM visibility in POS.
-    To visit distributor regularly to create an environment of sound business partnership and to manage an effective and efficient cost distribution system.
-    To visit POS retailers regularly as defined call frequency to monitor brand availability, visibility, prices.
-    To provide trade marketing expertise and support to distributor salesman through coaching and on the job training.
-    To identify and report competitor activities as well as monitor trends and recommend ways to maximize opportunities and minimize problem towards growth of company volume and profit.
-    To effectively execute agreed consumer and trade promotion and other activities for WM product.
-    To ensure that reports are comprehensively completed and clear, especially the daily report, competitors report and VMS report.
-    To monitor stock in the distributors warehouse and POS and ensure that proper procedure are followed and that products availability is optimized
-    To report on daily basis to direct manager on visit plan and to make sure that journey cycle is respected
-    Implement any required tasks by management.
-    Implement and follow all WM process and procedure.
-    Track the distributor activation Vs. target on daily bases and properly manage the target.
-    Ensure 100% coverage rate for WB area.
-    Follow up on the sales quality and initiate and implement procedure to accomplish this task.
-    Price stability.
-    Make sure that distributors follow the contract management process.
-    Monitor Contract personalization and collection from the market through Fawri “serial tracking report”.

Work Experience & Qualifications::

-    Three years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, or similar role.
-    Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

-    Very Good leadership skills.
-    Excellent Organizational skills.
-    Very good thoroughness and attention to details skills.
-    Very good knowledge in general administrative duties.
-    Motivated and Pro-active.
-    Ability to work under pressure.
-    Very good Computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office Suit.
-    Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
