Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:
-Providing daily feedback/status report on each channel's requests.
-Following up regarding incoming requests with other departments (Marketing, Customer Care, Technical, etc).
-Preparing monthly news flash that includes all Wataniya updated offers & services to be circulated to sales development executives and distribution outlets.
-Assuring the information flow of new marketing promotions/campaigns, new offers & services, VAS, into the Sales Direction (Indirect).
-Receiving/organizing/forwarding any incoming sales leads, prospect dealer, merchandising Request, etc...
-Preparing weekly/monthly consolidated summary report to each channel's first line manager showing progress report and pending requests.
Experience & Qualifications:
-Three years of practical experience in Sales/Marketing.
-Bachelor degree in a related field.
-Very good experience in the local market.
-Previous experience in dealing with Dealers and POSs.
Skills:
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Excellent Organizational skills.
-Very good thoroughness and attention to details skills.
-Very good knowledge in general administrative duties.
-Motivated and Pro-active.
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Excellent Computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office Suit.
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written
