Sales Information Sr. Analyst

Contract Type: Full Time - Permanent
Location: Palestine - Ramallah

Duties and Responsibilities:

-    Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details
-    Monitoring and contributing to the overall Sales Systems in order to improve the overall operations and quality of management towards achieving the planned business goals and targets.
-    Excellent numerical and statistical ability
-    Manage the development and implementation of systems for processes and procedures that will facilitate the achievement of system support and operational objectives
-    Ensure systems are in place for the production of management reports covering Sales activities and staff performance

-    Assist in Managing the production of regular reports and participate in analysis to determine trends and recommend action to improve processes, systems and performance
-    Proactively involved in all major system initiatives and projects in Wataniya that impact Sales and ensure proper information and knowledge is transferred back to relevant Sales teams
-    Provide support to sales staff in regards to automated systems

Experience & Qualifications:

-    Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related field
-    Experience in IT related environment

Personal Traits & Skills::

-    Experience in the designing, implementing, and managing automated systems.
-    Practical experience in business processes and improvement
-    Effective communication and report writing skills (Arabic and English)
-    Good leadership and persuasiveness capabilities to lead projects
-    Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details
-    Excellent numerical and statistical ability
-    Knowledge of applicable software to infer statistical data
-    Proficient in office automation software
-    Proficient in office automation software, Excellent Computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office Suit.
-    Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
