Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:

-Establishing and achieving growth-oriented revenue goals and objectives.
-Leading the formulation of the overall sales plans and related expense budget.
-Building, Leading and developing the Sales team to support sales strategies and to deliver profitable sales growth.
-Recommending, obtaining approval and implementing any changes needed to align the sales organization with overall business strategy.
-Assessing strengths and weaknesses of Sales Channel, rehabilitating and/or upgrading where appropriate and filling vacancies in key growth markets in support of expansion plans.
-Developing and implementing sales training tools and processes, including business opportunity analysis models.
-Tracking, managing and communicating sales forecasts and results for each team member.
-Creating a winning atmosphere by effectively communicating the sales strategy to all constituencies throughout the sales channel
-Determining and implementing the most appropriate sales market structures to achieve revenue goals, secure new business opportunities and win customers
-Developing strong ties with key customers and key accounts and be proactive in understanding the trends and issues likely to impact our market.
-Driving the implementation of front end customer strategies, including identifying and involving key customers in product development.
-Advising management on sales directions, competitors and market trends, including technology trends
-Working with Human Resources to develop and implement innovative incentive programs which align individual and sales team compensation with goals and objectives.
-Providing timely (daily, weekly, monthly) activity, expense, and other related reporting.

Experience & Qualifications:
-Minimum of 10 years Sales experience, 5+ years sales management experience.
-Minimum Bachelor degree in Business, marketing, or similar field.
-Highly proficient and strong English Language, both orally and in writing.
