-Assisting in the management of the development and implementation of processes and procedures that will facilitate the achievement of system support and operational objectives.
-Assisting in the management of the quality assurance by controlling, auditing and reporting on all activities related to the services provided to customers and to distributors.
-Providing input for the development and monitoring of budgets.
-Ensuring systems are in place for the production of management reports covering Sales activities and staff performance.
-Participating in the analysis to determine trends and recommend actions to improve processes, systems and performance.
-Ensuring all new sales projects are following predetermined timeline and preparing Project Charters to give any required support for their implementation.
-Assisting in planning and managing the training activities and Sales shared events in cooperation with the other departments and other related staff within Sales.
-Proactively adding to all the major initiatives and projects in Wataniya that impact Sales and ensuring proper information and knowledge are transferred back to relevant Sales teams.
-Communicating new sales and business development initiatives within Sales and with relevant departments and get the necessary approvals and support.
-Participate in setting commission schemes and perform needed analysis.
-Calculating different schemes per channel and providing the foundation for systems to support needed requirements.
Work Experience & Education:
-Minimum of 5 years experience in a related field
-Experience in Business, Sales operations, Quality assurance and control or related environments.
-BA in MIS, Business Administration or related feild.
Skills & Qualifications:
-Experience in Telecom and / or FMCG related environments.
-Experience in the designing, implementing, and managing performance reports.
-Practical experience in business processes and improvement.
-Effective communication and report writing skills.
-Good leadership and persuasiveness capabilities to lead projects.
-Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details.
-Excellent numerical and statistical ability.
-Knowledge of applicable software to infer statistical data particularly SAP business objects, MS Access, MS Excel and Power Point.
-Proficient in office automation software.
-Proficient in office automation software, excellent computer knowledge.
