Title: Security Manager
Location: Ramallah

Responsibilities:
-Managing security unit including direct supervision of security officer/s and Security Company.
-Setting and developing security and safety policies and procedures.
-Overseeing day-to-day operations of security unit.
-Conducting risk and gap analysis and security surveys.
-Managing the health and safety function, including outlining safe operational procedures as per the implemented laws.
-Preparing periodic reports including operations and budget reports, etc.
-Maintaining the budget for security and safety unit.
-Developing and performing security and safety risk assessments and Emergency and disaster Plans.
-Conducting periodic fire/safety inspections, safety promotions, and facilities assessments of fire/safety equipment.
-Maintaining, good work relationship with local authorities such as the fire department, municipalities and police departments

Requirements:
-Minimum of 7 years experience in operational security position, with minimum of 3 years experience in mid/senior level management position.
-In-depth experience of the commercial aspect of outsourcing to a security supplier.
-Previous exposure to Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
-Ability to think strategically and the foresight to be proactive when events allow.
-Effective communication and report writing skills.
-Excellent organizational, planning and assessment skills.
-Excellent problem-solving skills.
-Good leadership and persuasiveness capabilities.
-Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Internet, and email.
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
