Title: Senior Performance Engineer

Responsibilities:
-Developing needed scripts per node to facilitate network performance monitoring.
-Monitoring network performance and end-to-end service quality for the whole networks including Radio Access Network, Core, and Transmission.
-Developing & Providing network performance periodic reporting of network quality and upon request.
-Maintaining certain agreed level of Network performance, availability, accessibility, integrity and usability by monitoring, analyzing and reporting predefined Key Performance indicators (KPls), measures and customer feedback.
-Participating in setting performance measures/KPls requirements, definition, targets and thresholds with the concerned parties, vendors and Wataniya team based on the business needs, benchmarking and best practices.
-Monitoring, analyzing and reporting network routes and links traffic, capacity, congestion and blockage status.
-Evaluating and recommending Network Performance Tools, measures and plans.

Requirements:
-More than 6 years of experience, where 4 years in Telecommunication and more than 2 years in performance management.
-BSc Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent experience.
-Knowledge and familiarity with front end and query tools, SQL/PL SQL, UNIX operating system and Shell scripting.
-In-depth knowledge of traffic performance measurements, performance solutions and tools.
-Good knowledge of telecom network management including end-to-end service assurance and fulfillment
-Possessing Statistical analysis and data management skills.
-Possessing System analysis and information technology skills.
-Problem solving, analytical thinking, and Designing skills.
-Reporting and Presentation skills.
-Communication, and Customer oriented skills
-Proficient in Unix, Oracle, and Java.
-Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Internet, email
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
