Title: VAS / Data Services Specialist

Responsibilities:
-Defining data services road map and ensuring that its aligned with Marketing strategy.
-Monitoring data services and ensuring the achievement of target objectives and revenue.
-Working closely with company departments, including business development, market research, sales, Marcomm, Finance, IT, Technical, and customer care to
-ensure successful delivery of each product.
-Working on interdepartmental team for planning and execution of data services and operations.
-Providing day-to-day coordination; monitor product performance and coordinate resolution of issues.
-Developing content for data services collaterals.
-Working closely with the marketing, sales and customer care teams to develop sales tools and training materials.
-Interfacing with vendors and suppliers for data services.
-Holding Responsibility for the following product lines:
   a-E-services.
   b-GPRS / EDGE services.
   c-WAP portal.
   d-Fleet management

Requirements:
-Minimum of Two years Product/Service experience in GSM telecommunications with a BA/MBA degree.
-Proven experience in Product development in a telecoms environment.
-Proven experience of ability to deliver complex products across the full product life cycle.
-Deep knowledge of mobile telecoms products and IT systems, and understanding of environment and market, particularly in the area of Data and or VAS
-specialized products.
-Ability to develop and manage business cases.
-Sound understanding of Finance and vendor management.
-Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English/able to work in an English speaking environment.
-Knowledge of electronic media.
-Creative and flexible approach to project based activity.
-Demonstrated Team work and communication skills.
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
-Advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
