Duties and Responsibilities:
 Handle Vas applications operations and configurations
Follow up with vender to solve  trouble tickets and incidents
Handle incidents  and troubleshoot applications problems
Handle and monitor VAS applications updates and upgrades with the vendor.
Participate in application integration with other network elements.
Prepare and execute test scenarios and test Plans of Vas services (UAT, APT) .
Participate in preparing  system operation procedures and  related documents
Trace and analysis problems between VAS platforms and other network elements mainly HLR, MSC, GPRS and IN.
Monitor and maintain all interfaces between VAS platforms  and other network elements.
Prepare required statistical reports.
Handle end user complaints on VAS related services within SLA.
Work closely with 2nd and 3rd line support to solve customer’s  complains
Perform proactive maintenance procedures (daily, weekly and monthly) to keep systems within required performance.
Prepare and submit activity reports for projects and day to day operations ( daily, weekly, monthly, and on demand)
Work closely with VAS platform vender to update, upgrade, and enhance systems availability, continuity, and performance.
Monitor  system capacity (HW, SW, licenses) to  meet business requirements

Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience in related / similar role.
Knowledge in GSM principal
Experience in Databases like SQL  and oracle.
Experience in programming languages  like  JAVA, C#, ..etc.
Experience in SS7 signalling.
Experience in TCP/IP suite.
Experience in mediation, roaming, and messaging platforms.

Skills:
Handle tasks under work pressure
Ability to work for long hours
Ability to handle system support 24/7
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
Computer Literacy knowledge (Microsoft).
Advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficiency with MS Office suit (mainly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Excellent Communication Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent Team work and organizational skills.
Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
