The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees invites applications from qualified candidates for the post of:

Administrative Assistant “B”

1-Vacancy No. : 118/2014/X
2-Duty Station : Field Office-Jerusalem
3-Department : Monitoring & Evaluation Office
4-Basic Salary : 588.1 JD+ that varies in accordance to the pay policies set by the Agency.
Other fringe benefits include provident fund & health insurance.
5-Allowances : Family Allowances payable up to 7 children and spouse.
An allowance of 1000 NIS payable in JD at UNRWA rate.

6-Qualifications:
-Successful completion of full secondary education.
-Successful completion of post secondary course of at least two years' duration in business and
office practice or related discipline.
-Ability to operate a PC using word processing, and spread sheet, and data base applications.
-Four years' experience in administrative/ clerical work.
-Good knowledge of spoken and written English and Arabic.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
-A university degree related to the functions of the post.
