The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees invites applications from
qualified candidates for the post of:

Finance Processes & Systems Expert

1-Vacancy No. : 071/2013/X
2-Duty Station : Field Office Jerusalem
3-Department : Microfinance Department
4-Grade & Salary : LDC Contract Band “H”– S7
3,625.30 JD that varies in accordance to the pay policies set by the Agency.
5-Allowances : Dependency Allowances payable and other benefits (Medical Insurance) &
Currency Adjustment Factor.

6-Qualifications:
-Advanced university degree in business, finance, accounts, or management.
-At least 12 years of experience in finance management, business processes, development of
microfinance or financial institution of which 5 years should have been in a large governmental
or international organization at a senior level.
-Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic and English.
