Logistics Assistant

: Limited Duration Contract (LDC) - Band “D” – S1
$886.90+ plus a currency adjustment factor (present rate 7.01%).
5-Qualifications:
Completion of full secondary education.
Two years diploma in business and office practice, business administration,
public administration, commerce or related field.
At least two years experience in administrative work, preferably related in
supply chain operations, procurement or logistic operations in NGO.
Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
Good working knowledge of spoken and written Hebrew. DESIRABLE
QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced skills in MS Office Suite Applications.
Sound organization skills.
Valid Israeli driving license.
Capacity to work under pressure and beyond working hours if required.
Advanced training course in business and office practice.

The duration of the contract is six months. Extension is subject to funds availability, continuing need and satisfactory performance.
Appointment to this post is subject to probationary period of three months duration. Upon satisfactory completion of this period, contract will be extended.
