The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees invites applications from qualified candidates for the posts of:
 

School Counsellor

1-Duty Station : Nablus Area/Vacancy No. 003/2015/X
Jerusalem Area/Vacancy No. 004/2015/X
2-Department : Education Department
3-Basic Salary : 588.1 JD that varies in accordance to the pay policies set by the Agency & the candidates qualifications.
Other fringe benefits include provident fund & health insurance.
4-Allowances : Family Allowances payable up to 7 children and spouse.

5-Qualifications:
-University degree in Guidance and counseling or a major in psychology or educational psychology and minor in Guidance & Counseling or University degree in a subject related to school education programme.
-Successful completion of a teacher training course of at least one-year’s duration.
-Competence in research techniques and use of statistical analysis and ability to plan, implement
and evaluate school Guidance and Counseling programmes.
-Four years’ Teaching and/or guidance & Counseling experience.
-Good command of spoken and written English and Arabic.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Has flexible duty hours to cover both morning and afternoon shifts.
