المسمى الوظيفي : حاسب كميات متقدم

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
1-خبرة إجمالية في مجال حساب الكميات لمدة لاتقل عن 10 سنوات .
2-خبرة في مجال حساب الكميات في شركات المقاولات لمدة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات.
3-شهادة متخصصة في مجال حساب الكميات وشهادة الهندسة المدنية تعتبر اضافة مميزة.
4-القدرة على العمل في أكثر من مشروع وادارة عدد من حاسبي الكميات.
5-معرفة والمام بالمهارات المتعلقة بالحاسوب وخاصة برامج الاكسل والاوتوكاد وكذلك أنظمة ضبط الجودة الخاصة بالموضوع (َ Quantity Assurance).
6-القدرة على اصدار الفواتير الشهرية للشركة والمقاولين الفرعيين.

Job Title: senior quantity surveyor

Prerequisites:
1-Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of quantity surveying
2-Minimum 5 years of working with contracting company/s.
3-Recognized certificate in quantity surveying, civil engineering certificate is a plus.
4-Ability to manage quantity surveying for multiple projects simultaneously.
5-Ability to manage quantity survivors in multiple projects.
6-Excellent knowledge in computer and computer applications such as but not limited to (excel, AutoCAD, quality management apps, quality assurance apps.)
7-Ability to issue monthly financial notes for sub contractors and the company.
