Title: OSS Engineer

Department:Technical

No of Positions: 1

Responsibilities:

-Operating and maintaining for OSS activities.
-Performing the routine backups for OSS.
-Performing the collecting KPIs data and sending it to the concerned departments.
-Performing all the required acceptance tests.
-Performing data fill preparation and implementation for OSS.
-Performing the configuration of new network elements for all core nodes in the OSS.
-Performing all maintenance and preventive maintenance activities.
-CSR handling for OSS.
-Performing OSS administration.
-Provide support for other departments (Performance).

Requirements:
-UNIX basics. Administration is a plus.
-GSM, WCDMA, OSS interfaces-Protocols-features-services Knowledge.
-Flexibility, doesn’t mind being 24/7/365 on call.
-Good communication skills.
-Motivated team player.
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Bachelor degree Telecom Engineering or equivalent.
-Computer literacy knowledge (Microsoft).
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
