-Recommend the radio sites planning, locations, coverage, and following sites survey schedule.
-Following the Optimization and tuning process including the repeaters.
-Following the radio frequency planning, manual and automatic.
-Following the radio Cell Site Configurations and changes.
-Preparing the CDD’s for the new installed radio sites.
-Testing the radio performance for the newly integrated sites.
-Change the new sites status into commercial services and checking the target achievable.
-Drive test preparation and analysis and recommended radio optimization actions
-Analysis for Daily Actions and periodic actions, and reporting.
-Propagation and Interference Analysis.
-Radio Traffic Analysis and recommended expansions if needed.
-Following the customer complains related to the radio and optimization issues.
-Following the neighboring audit periodically.
-Following the Physical changes “Antenna types, Azimuth, tilting…”
-Planning and drive test tools Knowledge is must.
-Collecting and Prepare and the needed data for the Propagation Model tuning.
-Create the OSS radio changes in the planed area, job updated and report the results.
