محاسب - تحصيل Accountant—Collection

Duties and responsibilities:

• Reviewing open accounts for collection plans and efforts accordingly. .
• Making outbound collection calls/visits in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.
• Resolves client-billing problems and rescues accounts receivable delinquency, applying good customer service in a timely manner.
• Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates.
• Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management.
• Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports.
• Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements.
• Mail correspondence to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
• Prepare periodic reports on collection/follow up efforts, and propose appropriate recommendations accordingly. .
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by supervisor or General Manager.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with two years of experience in the related filed at minimum.
• Effective communication skills in the Arabic and English languages.
• Experience with Bisan accounting software.
• Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines and issue financial information in a timely manner.
• Maintain standards of conduct & demonstrate sound work ethics.
• Proficiency in using a range of office software, including MS/Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Have sense of initiative and ownership.
• Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.
• Ability to prepare free of errors reports.  
• Be well organized and has a high degree of attention to details.
• Good personal, communication and team coordination skills.
• Valid Driving License. 
• Medically eligible
