مدير مالي

شركة أريحا لتطوير وتشغيل المنطقة الصناعية الزراعية (JAIP). تسعى لتوظيف مدير مالي مؤهل لشغل الوظيفة التالية:

المسمى الوظيفي : مدير مالي
مكان العمل : مدينة اريحا منطقة السلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
-درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو التمويل. (الأفضلية لحملة شهادة الماجستير أو شهادة (CPA)
-10 اعوام من الخبرة في المجالات ذات الصلة.
-القدرة على التعامل مع التطورات في مجال الإدارة المالية.
-القدرة على الابتكارواتخاذ القرار.
-القدرة العالية على التحدث والكتابة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
-القدرة على التعامل مع أحدث تقنيات الحاسوب.
-خبرة جيدة في إدارة المشاريع.
-وخبرة جيدة في مجال التعاون الدولي.
-القدرة على الابداع في حل المشاكل.
-المعرفة في مجال المالية الدولية.

الواجبات والمسؤوليات
-توفير معلومات مالية وفورية
-رصد وتفسير التدفقات النقدية والتنبؤ بالمستقبل
-تحليل المتغيرات وتقديم المشورة وفقا لذلك
-المشاركة في صياغة استراتيجيات طويلة الأجل وخطط العمل
-البحث والإبلاغ عن اداء الأعمال والمؤثرات
-تطوير آليات الإدارة المالية التي تقلل من المخاطر المالية
-إجراء و استعراض وتقييم اليات لخفض التكاليف
-إدارة نظام المحاسبة المالية.
-التنسيق مع المراجع لضمان التدقيق السنوي
-إعداد تقارير مالية دقيقة لفترات زمنية محددة
-اعداد الميزانيات
-الإشراف على الموظفين
-مواكبة التغيير في النظم المالية والتشريعات
-إنشاء إجراءات الحجز والسيطرة على الموجودات والسجلات وضمانات القروض، والأوراق المالية وضمان حفظها
-جمع تقارير المراجعة لتحديد حالة التحصيل في الأرصدة غير المسددة
-مراجعة تقارير المعاملات المالية وقائمة الأسعار من أجل تحليل ظروف السوق
-أداء المهام الإدارية اليومية والحفاظ على المعلومات
-ضمان تطبيق السياسات المحاسبية بشكل صحيح

Jericho for Development and Operation of the Agro-Industrial Park Co (JAIP). Seek a reliable and qualified financial manager to fulfill the following positions

Job Title: Financial Manager
Place: Jericho Palestinian territory

Prerequisites:
-Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. (Preference to holders of Masters Degree or CPA certificate).
-10 years experience in related field
-Coping with the advancements in the field of Financial Management.
-Creative, innovative, decision making, containing others, communication and other public relations skills, energetic.
-Excellent command of spoken and written Arabic and English.
-Comfortable with the latest computer technology.
-Good experience in project management.
-Familiar with stakeholder, and good experience in international cooperation.
-Be creative thinkers and problem-solvers.
-Knowledge of international finance

Roles and responsibilities:
-Providing & Interpreting Financial Information
-Monitoring & interpreting cash flow and prediction future trend
-Analysis change & advising accordingly
-Participation at formulating strategies and long-term business plan
-Researching and reporting on factor affecting business performance
-Developing financial management mechanism that minimize financial risk
-Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
-Managing  a company financial accounting , monitoring, and reporting system
-Liaising with auditor to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
-Producing accurate financial reports to specific  deadline
-Managing budgets
-Supervising staff
-Keeping abreast of change in financial regulation and legislation
-Establish procedure for custody and control of assets    , records, loan collateral, and securities tin order to ensure safekeeping
-Review collection reports to determine the status of collection & the amount of outstanding balances
-Review reports of securities transaction & price list in order to analyze market conditions
-Performing day to day administrative task such as maintaining information  
-Maintain and ensure that the accounting policies applied properly
