The Human Resources Department at Hebron University announces a vacancy for the position of Events and Occasions Coordinator (Events Planner) within the Office of Communications and Marketing.

Job Objective:

To plan, organize, and execute the university's various events efficiently, through coordination with relevant parties, managing vendors, and appropriate promotion, ensuring smooth event operations and achieving the university's community engagement and marketing goals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Plan and organize university events (conferences, seminars, graduation ceremonies, student activities).

- Coordinate with relevant departments and entities inside and outside the university.

- Supervise and manage full on-site execution of events.

- Prepare promotional campaigns and marketing content for events.

- Prepare evaluation reports and recommendations for development.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in event planning.
  • Proficiency in communication in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, and ability to work under pressure.
