El Wedad Society for Community Rehabilitation is   non-governmental organization based on Gaza Strip working on the rehabilitation and community development of different target audiences, without discrimination, through the provision of social, educational and psychological services for youth, woman children and old people.
The society is announcing the position of "Programs coordinator" on Annual contract that could be extended to turned into permanent contract according to the following specifications and qualifications:
Job Description:


-Supervising the society professional and field programs and projects.
-Preparing programs different plans in cooperation with programs' coordinators.
-Follow up of different plans and activities implementation in the field.
-Preparing and reviewing different technical and administrative reports.
-Contribution in needs assessment for programs and targeted groups.
-Contribution in the monitoring and evaluation process.
-Co operation and coordination with donors and local NGO's.
-Conducting periodical meetings for programs and project' coordinators.

Required Qualifications:
-MA in mental health, psychology, social work, or counseling.
-Training courses related to field of specialization and community development.
-At least (5) years experience in technical supervision and work team management.
-Advanced level of English language skills (writing, reading, and conversation).
-Advanced level of PC applications.
-Advanced qualifications of planning and reports writing.
-Capability of communication, filed supervision, and working under pressure.
