Candidates should have the following capabilities:

Resident of Bethlehem District
Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
Proven successful work history as a travel agent
Strong working knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems, and e-travelling
Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
Solid sales skills and market awareness
Amazing people skills, ability interact with clients and negotiate effectively
Current knowledge of travel trends, both domestic and international
Significant personal travel experience a plus
Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound tour operations
