The Ministry of National Economy is planning to establish a Technical Advisory Unit (TAU) composed of several experts in different domains, led by the Macroeconomic expert who will act as team coordinator. The specialists would have an intimate knowledge of the economy of Palestine and the Middle East region, a detailed awareness of the particular challenges currently faced by the Palestinian economy, and its potential competitive advantages today and in the future. The TAU would provide the needed assistance to the Ministry and the Minister on translating the economic vision for Palestine rooted in the principles and logic set forth in the 13th government plan (Ending occupation, establishing The State).

Key Qualifications;
-PhD in Economics, preferably in macroeconomics with basic knowledge of econometrics.
-At least 5 years of extensive experience of macroeconomics, sectoral policy formulation and assessment.
-Extensive knowledge in the Palestinian economy.
-Extensive knowledge in statistics treatment and quantitative analysis.
-Demonstrated, dynamic, and inter-personal communications capability and capacity to work within and lead a team.
-Excellent command of written and spoken English.
-Professional computer skills (Microsoft office).
