وزارة التخطيط/ Unit Manager

The Ministry of Planning and Administrative Development (MoPAD) is seeking applications from
highly qualified candidates to work on a project basis in its Aid Management and Coordination Directorate (AMCD) in a variety of roles, especially in its newly established Gaza Support Unit.
Three positions for the Gaza Support Unit are needed: 
 

The minimum qualifications required are:
-University degree to Bachelor’s level or higher
-At least two years of professional experience in the public and/or private sector
-Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English
-Knowledge in the humanitarian situation in Gaza
-Experience in Gaza related projects (preferred)

Successful candidates will have the following personal attributes:
-Excellent analytical and diplomatic skills
-Good understanding of donors’ and international organizations‘ policies and activities in Palestine
-Excellent change management skills
-Good interpersonal skills, with ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships and working
relations with leaders across all branches of government
-High level of personal effectiveness - energetic, focused, detail-oriented, efficient, reliable and able to act quickly
