Abreaction Sessions on the topic of a safe work environment...

The scope of the ToR assignment is to conduct a series of abreaction sessions (the expression and emotional discharge of unconscious repressed idea or emotion) for female and male engineers that are members or employees of the The Engineers Association – Jerusalem center EAJC. 

In this case, female and male engineers shall engage in a consultative session/s about the topic of safe work environment in general including sexual, physical, psychological harassment amongst other forms of work environment misconduct. The session aims to facilitate a constructive and healthy discussion about positive and negative experiences that hinder a safe work environment.

The session/s should be conducted in an empowering format for both male and female engineers to vent and share their experiences, express their views about what constitute a safe work environment and the role EAJC can play to improve the working conditions for engineers in general. The consultant/s should guide the participating engineers towards best practice in case they encounter any work environment challenges.
