Assessment on Engage Bani Zeid Municipality APS

Purpose of the Consultancy:
The objective of this consultancy is to carry out an assessment in order to appraise Bani Zaid municipality’s performance regarding interaction, complaint and feedback mechanisms available for the population. In particular, the assessment must achieve at lest the following outcomes:
- Showcase the recent history of participatory processes at the municipality level;
- Showcase the current status and existing participation and interaction initiatives with society, namely feedback and complaint mechanisms regarding public services;
- Showcase the level of implementation of these mechanisms and to what extent they are satisfactory for the population/the population is aware and can make actual use of them;
- Disclose the usage of these mechanisms by women and girls and whether there are specific obstacles for them to participate in the feedback and complaint processes;
- Analyse especifically whether there are on-line mechanisms in place and which advantage could these have before other types of mechanisms/tools given the municipality’s characteristics
