PURPOSE OF THIS RFP
Oxfam is seeking competitive proposals from qualified firms interested in Conducting “Project Baseline and Endline Assessments” for a project funded by “The Italian Agency for Development Cooperation” - “Integrated WASH and protection action to enhance the resilience of most vulnerable communities affected by the protracted humanitarian and COVID-19 crisis in the Gaza Strip”.

The deadline for submission of offers is 17th April 2022 at 3pm (Gaza time) upon conditions in the RFP dossier.
Offer shall be sent in 2 separate files - PDF format - (one for Technical Offer and one for Price Offer)
Email subject must contain the following reference: (OXFAM - 22/036/OPTI/GAZA)
Oxfam does not bind itself to award the lowest price offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the bid.
