Title: Service Procurement contract for “Consultancy Services for Baseline Assessment” PSE22005-10005

This procurement contract consists in the performance of baseline assessments, in conformity with the conditions of these Tender Specifications.

The procurement contract has two lots. The lots are:

Lot 1 is composed of the baseline assessment for intervention 4 (pillar 2), which focuses on improving the conditions of the Palestinian ecosystems and their population by reducing the ecological footprint and GHGs emissions through the promotion of a green circular economy and green urban areas, focusing on energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainable waste management in West Bank.

Lot 2 is composed of the baseline assessment for intervention 5 (pillar 2), which focuses on improving the conditions of the Palestinian ecosystems and their population by reducing the ecological footprint and GHGs emissions through the promotion of a green circular economy and green urban areas, focusing on energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainable waste management in the Gaza Strip.

Enabel now invites tenders from eligible and qualified tenderers for carrying out these services:

Tendering will be conducted through the direct negotiated procedure without publication (Belgian Public Procurement Law) and is open to all tenderers from Eligible Source Countries, as defined in the tender documents.

This tender is VAT excluded under certain conditions, defined in the tender documents.

Tenders shall be valid for 90 days after the tender closing. No bid bond is required.

Tenders must be delivered to the address mentioned below before the 1st of December 2022 at 1:00 PM. Late tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened behind closed doors.
